Marjorie Marcos, COO, NCMA, is a seasoned healthcare operations leader and Chief Operating Officer with over 11 years of progressive experience driving performance, efficiency, and quality across high-volume clinical environments. Currently pursuing her Bachelor of Health Science (BHS), she integrates advanced academic insight with a strong clinical foundation to deliver strategic, results-driven leadership.
With experience as both a Medical Assistant and Clinical Supervisor, Marjorie brings a unique, hands-on perspective—effectively bridging frontline clinical operations with high-level organizational strategy. She excels in optimizing workflows, enhancing patient access, and leading high-performing clinical teams to consistently achieve measurable outcomes.
